Well, its the last day of August, and you know what that means!! FALL is coming! Some leaves are changing already, and the nights are cool. Love it! Yes, my halloween decorations are already out. :-)

Julie came to visit me in Syracuse. We had a wonderful time, lots or wine, and talked for hours. It was great to get together! I went back to PA with her and these are from the ride home. 

Salem MA

Spent a few days in Salem MA shopping and going to museums. My favorite part was the bed and breakfast from the 1600s that we stayed in. It was call the Stephen Daniels House. There was so much to look at, that whole place was like an antique shop. My allergies were going crazy because everything was so old, but it was totally worth it. There were so many different rooms to hang out in that i couldn't sit still for too long. If you didn't have to pay to relax, we would have stayed longer. Now... school on Monday. ick.

It was an absolutely beautiful day. We really couldn't ask for it to go any better for the new Mr. and Mrs. Calabro. The bride did have to check in a little early, because of the spins. But otherwise it was a ton of fun. I had some serious trouble with my hair (what else is new) and cried like a baby during the ceremony. I could type more, but it's difficult with these fake nail.... and i'm really tired. ciao!

I was sent to Boukville for antiques along Route 20. When i recieved the assignment, I figured it would be a few antique vendors hanging around.... bu t no.... There were hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of antique vendors. And honestly... there just wasn't much going on. Plenty of awesome photos to make. But nothing that the paper was really looking for. But. I had fun.

Clara crochets many different varieties of items for the little farmers market in a parking lot in Manlius.


I can't tell you why i'm ready for the summer to be over, but I just am. I'm just pushing the fall season too fast... The warm smells of cinnamon, apple, and pumpkin (okay I'm hungry). The florescent leaves right before the fall from their trees. Warm cozy sweatshirts. Halloween. Thanksgiving. Yes, fall can't come soon enough for me... I can do without winter though. :-)
