I really didn't do too much on the 3rd. The sky at sunset was so beautiful. I was trying to get a shot from the highway with smoke from factories rising. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a good angle and drove around way too long. Yep, it turned to night before I even realized it. :)
The other is my cat hopped up on cat nip. Loki tends to get a little crazy when he's using.

Oh Carbondale... How I can't wait to leave you. With the pizzaman photograph, one may ask, why would she even post such a poor photo? Well! I waited around a little hoping something would happen. And, perhaps, that that car parked in a no parking spot would move. But, I guess spending a few minutes lingering was wayyy to long, because big pizza LADY came out with back up and threatened to do nasty things to me. Fearful for my life, I didn't take the shot. I scurried back in my car and shot some benches. It just was not worth it. I'd rather deal with a rapid raccoon with rabies instead of a Carbondale chick. :)

This is pretty much the only photograph I made on New Years Eve and New Years Day. I was too drunk to even remember taking any! We waited all night for that damn ball to drop and 3...2..... and someone changed the channel on the TV by accident. HA! what a night.

I was on my way the Poconos when I noticed something quite large in the middle of a field. "mom... pull over," I said. We stopped the car and much to our amazement... and amusement, there was a huge cross in the middle of an otherwise perfectly normal field.
